Hello! I’m Sally, founder of Rock Your Days and certified Life Coach
There was a time when I, like many of you, felt immense pressure to simply endure life’s demands. At the time, my husband was in recovery from cancer, I was navigating redundancy and dealing with everyday stresses. I kept my head down and pushed forward, only to realise I was burnt out and operating on autopilot. Coaching had a profound, transformative effect: it moved me past a period of stagnation and just coping to rediscovering my identity and courage.
It was this experience that motivated me to train as a Life Coach as I wanted to support people who felt the same sense of being stuck, ready for more but who felt unsure about what to do about it! It is my mission to guide you through the coaching process with objective insight and unwavering support (yes, I will be your biggest cheerleader) so that you can move forward with clarity and create realistic plans for meaningful change
What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a fabulous tool that can help you to make positive changes in your life. Coaching will raise your awareness of where you are now and where you would like to be in the future. It will help you to see things more clearly, challenging your current ways of thinking and how you view the world around you. Coaching also helps you to think creatively about the options that are open to you and then make clear, committed plans to move forward. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on the past, coaching meets you exactly where you are and guides you to the life you want to build.
How We’ll Work Together
One of the biggest misconceptions about coaching is that coaches give you advice about what to do and that’s simply not the case. As your coach I believe that you are an expert in your own life and I am an expert in coaching, and we come together in a partnership to help you make meaningful change. My role is not to give you the answers but to ask insightful questions that empower you to move forward with clarity and purpose. Our sessions will take place in a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space where you are truly listened too.

Most people invest in six sessions at a time which covers a 12 – 16 week period. This allows you to gain deeper clarity, work towards meaningful change and I will be with you every step of the way! This is an investment of £420 which can be paid in instalments.
My fees are £75 per single session. In a single session we will explore one specific issue to allow you to gain immediate insight and to help you move forward with awareness of any mindset blocks you might be experiencing.
I also offer a limited number of pro-bono sessions for people struggling financially, please get in touch.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Sadly not, coaching is currently an unregulated profession, so please take care in choosing the right coach for you. I trained with The Coaching Academy and hold a Diploma in Personal Performance Life Coaching.
This is an accredited training recognised by the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Sessions take place online via Google Meet and I will send out a link prior to the session.

Coaching is the right fit if you are done with ‘going through the motions’ and are ready to make positive changes. You must be willing to take ownership of your goals and commit to taking action outside of our sessions.
That being said, coaching isn’t always appropriate for everyone. Some people may require a more therapeutic intervention, especially if you have unresolved events from your past or if you are currently accessing therapy.
The best way to know is to book a free initial call with me and I will discuss this with you.
